Refund policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- You may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
- To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in original condition as delivered, unused, and unworn.
- All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, tags, and accessories (if included), must be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
2. Quality Inspection
- All returned watches are inspected by our customer service team.
- If the watch shows signs of wear, scratches, damage, or misuse, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.
- No refund will be issued for items that fail quality inspection.
3. Required for Return/Refund
To process any return or exchange, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
- Original packaging and all included items
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
4. Important Notes
- Product appearance may slightly vary due to lighting or screen display differences.
- Customers must handle the product with care to avoid damage from drops, water, or rough use.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by dust, dirt, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors beyond control.
5. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if:
- The product shows signs of use or wear
- Original packaging, parts, or accessories are missing
- The watch is damaged due to customer handling
